Container

Container are a multi-disciplinary art and design partnership based in east London.

Besides traditional illustration they explore interior design, fashion and installations, animation and product design.
Nicola Carter and Luise Vormittag first met while studying Graphic Design at Camberwell College of Art, London. Container was launched in spring 2003. Since then they have illustrated for numerous books and magazines, made window displays, redesigned a café in Selfridge's department store, designed hotel rooms, as well as working on a range of non commercial projects - from participating in exhibitions to building their own haunted house.
